EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED:
NGD does not hire carpenters, handyman types, jobless people who have installed their neighbor's garage door, forklift operators, auto mechanics, or anyone else who does not have SUBSTANTIAL HANDS-ON FIELD EXPERIENCE. Nothing personal... we'd love to give everyone a job who needs one, but winding a spring is harder than it looks and is potentially very dangerous if done incorrectly.
