| Jeld-Wen has introduced new window designs for their popular Traditional and Carriage House garage doors. The windows are made from a one-piece composite frame and grid featuring a simulated divided light. The new Jeld-Wen Composite Window System has the look of natural wood... without the risk of cracking, splitting or rusting. The composite windows window system can be painted and stained to match the rest of the Jeld-Wen garage door. |

 The Stratford 1000/2000 and Oak Summit 1000/2000 steel garage doors are now available in Dark Brown. The new Dark Brown is a richer and darker brown than the existing Brown. Matching weather stripping is available, but window frames and decorative window inserts are not. |

 The Stratford 1000/2000/3000 and Oak Summit 1000/2000/3000 steel garage doors are now available in Terratone. Terratone is a dark gray with a slight brown cast and may sometimes be called Bronze. This new color matches the widely-used Anderson Windows Terratone color and is also found in siding, caulking and other common building products. Matching window frames, decorative window inserts and weather stripping are also available. |

 National Garage Doors unveils its completely redesigned web site. The new site includes a wealth of product information and resources that customers have consistently requested. NGD President Jeff Dean summed up the reason for the change, “With the economy being what it is, our customers have changed dramatically over the past year. Everyone wants to know exactly what their dollars are buying them… people want to make an informed choice.”
The site redesign was taken very seriously. “The internet is NGD’s primary marketing tool so we spent time to really rethink what our customers are looking for, then rebuilt the site from the ground up,” said NGD’s Vice President Christy Somner. |
