| NGD was founded around our beliefs in Service Excellence and Continual Growth. Early on we discovered that many of our customers had difficulties choosing a qualified technician for their garage door installation and repair needs. We knew that if we could provide customers with piece of mind from knowing a professional technician would be dispatched, combined with a competitive pricing policy, then success would follow. Relationships with first-rate Independent Contractors were established and the business plan soon included growth into new markets... and this continues today. What Makes NGD Different? |
| The garage door industry suffers from an unfortunate history of here-today gone-tomorrow contractors who often leave customers with big-ticket invoices, poor workmanship and no warranty. Beware of the repair order that quickly gets longer and more expensive as the technician finds lots of dangerous items that “really should be corrected”. While it’s true that a garage door can be very dangerous when in disrepair, the fact is that not every customer needs extensive repair work. Some do, but most don’t.
Making matters worse... even garage door manufacturers are part of the problem, as most will open a dealer account and sell their products to almost anyone. A handyman is definately NOT a qualified garage door technician! |
