
NGD’s founder and CEO formed the company around a business model called Service Excellence. “I had worked for other contractors and seen so many areas for improvement. By expanding the business and treating customers fairly I knew we could do better. It’s got to be about the customers.” That desire to do things the right way, combined with an entrepreneurial spirit to expand across the country is how NGD was born.

Our staff understands that providing you with peace of mind is just as important as performing a repair or installation at a reasonable price. From the moment one of our operators answers your call until the job is completed, we will strive to exceed your expectations and leave you confident that your garage door and electric opener will operate safely and properly. Our phone center is staffed 24/7 because we realize those unexpected emergencies don’t always happen between 9am and 5pm. We’re there when you need us and are, of course, fully insured for your protection.

Each of our uniformed technicians has been trained to provide superior service, and will offer a level of experience and professionalism that is unmatched. We never forget that our technician will be performing a service in your home, therefore our screening process includes a full background check and a personal interview by one of NGD’s regional managers. Bottom line, if they're wearing a NGD photo ID you can rest assured we’ve checked them out.

NGD believes in and strives to support the family unit. We routinely offer our service technicians paid time away from the job to volunteer in the communities where we operate. Giving back is an important aspect of our business.
